My Two Men and Me: 2013

I have been putting off updating -- I've been nervous that I'll jinx all of our fun up-coming adventures! I've already announced to everyone, so I'm sure if you're reading this then you already know: I'm pregnant again - yay! DJ and I decided to bump up the baby making a year early, we just felt it was right!

There's our new little one at 7 weeks (1st dr appt). We told everyone at about 6 weeks, because unlike Jack's pregnancy, my symptoms have been a little more dramatic this time around =-P Here are some in depth details:

1st Trimester symptoms (from 6 weeks to 14 weeks...not naming a few; other moms will know why ;-))
- Fatigue
- Nausea...First it was worse at night time (I'm talking bed ridden by 8pm, nasty nausea, blahh)
Then, after about a week, it became an all day event - yay! And it wasn't until week 10-ish that I realized I could get nausea medication! (Which also comes with other symptoms by the way - pick between the lesser of two evils!) It's super hard to be nauseous and chase a two year old around!

- Still able to workout though (other than one night of terrible heartburn!

I'm finally in the 2nd Trimester - yay! I feel a LOT better: no more need for the nausea meds, and other than feelings of uncomfortableness and nausea sometimes - I feel awesome! I've been doing Zumba almost every day (love it!!), yoga 3-4 times a week, and weights/spin bike 2 times a week. It makes me feel more engergized and better about myself! It also helps ease my crazy hormones and emotions (especially the yoga). DJ has been awesome dealing with my crazy emotions, haha.

Speaking of DJ -- he got his degree! Bachelors in Business Management...it was a long, hard road, but he worked soo hard and is finally done! I'm seriously sooo proud of him.

To end, I just want to say how great Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years was! Such and awesome way to end such a fun year...I love my family so much, and DJ and I are surrounded by really great friends - I have never been so happy - love life! I know 2013 is going to be just as good, if not better - I can't wait! Here are some of my favorite pics of this past year!
